You will be able to select your entrée during registration:

• Herb Roasted Mary's Chicken, Mushroom & Vegetable Pot Pie, Mustard Cream Sauce (Nut Free)

• Pan Seared Sea Bass, Roasted Potatoes, Moroccan Spiced Carrots, Tomato Cream Sauce (Gluten Free, Nut Free)

• Vegetarian - Tamarind Glazed Eggplant, Coconut Polenta, Sauteed Spinach, Thai Basil Oil (Vegan, Gluten Free, Nut Free)
