First Aid & CPR Training

Join Hunter Guidess with Courage Safety Systems as he covers first aid and CPR with a focus on the construction industry and the most common jobsite hazards. Participants will learn the essential skills needed to perform CPR and first aid, followed by hands-on, small-group skills practice and testing.

The training includes rescue breaths and compressions, as well as compression-only CPR. Attendees will also learn how to recognize emergency situations and, most importantly, gain the confidence to take action when it matters most.
