The Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council is a premier network supporting those in residential construction who are passionate about growth, leadership, and connection. Joining PWB means becoming part of a collaborative community that shares insights, creates opportunities, and champions one another’s success. Members gain access to mentorship, valuable resources, and scholarship opportunities—while helping shape the future of the industry and inspire the next generation of builders.

PWB welcomes not only women, but also male allies who are committed to advancing inclusivity in the field. Annual membership is $95 and includes affiliation with the NAHB Women’s Council.
