EVENT OVERVIEW (1:00–5:00 PM)

This spring, the North State BIA invites Realtors and brokers to The Big Builder Broker Open a one day, region-wide new construction tour designed to connect agents directly with local builders across five counties surrounding Sacramento - Placer, El Dorado, Sacramento, Yolo, and Yuba.

From 1:00–5:00 PM, participating builder communities will host open houses showcasing new inventory, spring incentives, and move-in opportunities. Agents are encouraged to tour multiple communities at their own pace, build relationships with on-site sales teams, and discover new opportunities for their buyers. Refreshments will be at every stop.

A regional map will highlight all participating communities across the five counties, making it easy for agents to plan their route and maximize their time.

HOW REALTORS/BROKERS PARTICIPATE

Agents can participate in one of two simple ways at each community:

• Scan the QR Code on-site to check in
  OR
• Take a photo with a sales representative holding the community’s “key” and upload it to social media (Or another source)

Participation Guidelines

• Event takes place Tuesday, April 1 | 1:00–5:00 PM
• Open to licensed Realtors and brokers only
• Each builder community visited earns one prize entry
• Participants may visit multiple communities to increase their chances to win
• Check-in required at each stop via QR code or a tagged photo with the on-site sales representative
• Winners will be announced following the event
