Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) Meeting

The SMC is an affiliated council of the North State BIA made up of sales and marketing professionals to promote excellence in sales and marketing within the building industry.

They coordinate the annual MAME Awards Gala which honors major achievements of North State BIA members in marketing and design excellence of their communities and new home sales. The SMC also has a focus on new home sales education.

Membership is $95 per year and includes membership in the NAHB National Sales and Marketing Council.

Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month, 9am-10:00am, usually at the BIA Office, 1536 Eureka Rd., Roseville.

This is a great meeting for those members that are in builder sales or marketing or does business with them.
