10:30am-11:30am -  Partner Associations - California Apartment Association and   Sacramento Association of Realtors

11:30am-12:30pm - Buffet Lunch with Senator Roger Niello, State of California

Drive to The A.J / The Railyards

1:15pm - Master Plan / Multi-Family, then Tour the A.J.  - Milo Terzich, USA Properties Fund

2:00pm - The Railyards Tour, Josh Leachman, LDK Ventures
*Bring closed toed shoes and hard hats
