Government Affairs Council Calendar
Builder Developer Council Meetings are the major forum for BIA members to discuss important political, policy and regulatory issues that affect the homebuilding industry. Council Meetings are open to all BIA members and provide an opportunity to engage with policy makers and learn about in-depth government affairs priorities in the focus jurisdiction.
Regional Builder Developer Council
The Regional BDC is more wide-ranging in its focus than the other BDC’s offered by the BIA, featuring discussions on federal, state, and municipal policies and issues.
Sacramento Builder Developer Council
The Sacramento BDC covers issues in the City and County of Sacramento.
Placer Builder Developer Council
Covering all cities within Placer County, including the country.
El Dorado Builder Developer Council
This BDC focuses on the cities and County of El Dorado.
