    Roseville Development Exaction Comparative Analysis
    City of Roseville staff commissioned a report that provides a comparative analysis of the city’s development exactions relative to those of surrounding jurisdictions. This is currently an information-only item and as of now there are no plans to make any changes to current development fees. The study can be viewed here.

    Placer BDC Recap
    Celia McAdam, Executive Director of the Placer County Transportation Planning Agency, was the guest speaker at our Placer Builder/Developer Council meeting last week. She discussed the results of the Measure M campaign and current efforts to explore a special transportation sales tax district. Her presentation is available here.

    Roseville City Council Approves Sale of Fire Station to University of Warwick
    The Roseville City Council voted unanimously to sell the Oak Street Fire Station and adjacent properties to the University of Warwick to use as the site of its future graduate campus. The University of Warwick plans to open its campus in September of 2018.

    Sacramento County Selects New Chief Building Official

    Elk Grove Mayor Steve Ly to Deliver State of the City Address
    Elk Grove Mayor Steve Ly will deliver his first State of the City Address on March 30 at 6:00 p.m. at The Falls Event Center in Elk Grove. Tickets can be purchased through the Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce.
