    WHAT? South Placer County has been one of the greater Sacramento Area's premier destinations to live in over the last two decades. There is no question that the easy access to downtown and all that the Sierra Nevada Mountains have to offer were the initial draws that caused this once small community to grow into such a sought after location for families to live in? But what are city leaders doing to ensure that the community continues to grow in a positive direction? To ensure that the area schools are highly rated? That transportation (traffic) doesn’t become an epidemic as the community continues to grow? What will keep businesses continuing to want to call Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln their home? Why are families going to continue to want to call this great community home?

    Wouldn’t it be great if we could offer information about school systems, new construction and infrastructure projects exclusively for South Placer?

    WHY? In order to facilitate the growth of South Placer County and sell our area to home buyers, we need to educate new home sales agents about the value of Roseville, Rocklin and Lincoln from the inside out, since they are the new spokespeople of the community. 

    WHO?  Elected and City Officials who play a pivotal role in the development of South Placer County, they are:
