The SMC is an affiliated council of the BIA comprised of sales and marketing professionals promoting excellence in sales and marketing within the building industry. The annual MAME Awards Dinner honors major achievements of BIA members in marketing excellence.

SMC Membership is $95/year, and includes membership in both North State BIA's and the NAHB's Sales & Marketing Councils.

You do not have to be an SMC member to attend the meetings, however, with continued attendance membership will be strongly encouraged.
