Rachel Bardis with Bardis Homes will then lead a conversation with representatives of each home buyer segment.
We will identify new home buyer cohorts based on real data specific to the Sacramento MSA. Upon recognizing who the key buyer segments are, we are able to take a deeper dive into their specific motivations, shopping habits and lifestyle preferences. The unique characteristics will provide us with insight as to how to most effectively target these local buyers through the appropriate marketing channels and product design.
