specialists in new home sales. You’ll gain a broad understanding of the home-building business
and discuss consumer psychology. Plus you’ll learn advanced techniques used by real estate veterans for greeting, presentation, closing, and overcoming objections. Other topics include a construction process overview, financial and legal aspects of new home sales, and the fine art of great customer service.
Designations Completion of this course earns you the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation. It also fulfills a major requirement for Master CSP.
