Committees & Councils


An affiliated council of the BIA comprised of sales and marketing professionals promoting excellence in sales and marketing within the building industry.

Efforts of the council include an education program geared towards new home sales, a quarterly Sales Volume Awards program and the MAME Awards Gala.

The Sales and Marketing Council also produces a quarterly e-newsletter, SMC Good Times, highlighting industry and association news and spotlighting SMC Board Members.

To submit your entry for the Quarterly Sales Volume Awards, a completed interactive Tracking Form should be submitted quarterly to elizabeth@northstatebia.org by the approving manager or director. 2008 submission deadlines are listed below and additional information can be found in the Policies & Procedures document.
